How do you solve Sudoku?

Online Sudoku is a logic puzzle played on a 9 × 9 grid. Fill in the digits 1 to 9 so that each appears exactly once in every row, column and 3 × 3 box. No arithmetic is required—the puzzle is solved by eliminating impossible values.

Begin with rows, columns and boxes that have only a few missing digits. Check where each number can appear without a conflict, then look for cells with a single possible candidate. Scan the grid again after every entry because one digit often unlocks several new moves.
